Piso Cero Terrace by Vuelta Abajo Social Club — Restaurant in Vicente López

I had mixed experiences with Vuelta Abajo locations while visiting Buenos Aires this year but I'm absolutely certain that this one was the worst of them all. The attitude of the staff was abysmal, both my friend and I left the premises feeling that our presence was not welcomed regardless of us taking 6 boxes of cigars and the venue being almost empty.

We used to recommend this place as a great spot to buy cigars, we won't be doing that any more and I'll advise my fellow smokers to source their cigars somewhere else.

Having great customer service is a key element to success, you can have a good product and a fancy location but if the experience is not good we will take our business...

Really I was looking for a place to drink a have a good time with the right Ambiance. The music was moving but not exalting and the lighting was just right.

The food was excellent and the drinks as well were prepared with the extra touch.

The staff were acomodating and attentive. Lucas, our server made sure to always check if we needed anything without being pushy. He was very polite and explained The menu thoroughly.

Overall the good mood is easy to keep. The backyard was beautiful even though we couldn't enjoy it as it was raining.

Primero se entra a un lugar cerrado donde se puede tomar algo y fumar cigarros. Para los no fumadores, a no desesperar, hay una lindisima terraza en el fondo y bien calefaccionada así que no pasa nada en invierno. El lugar es lindisimo. En esa parte se puede comer y también tomar algo. La comida es riquísima y los tragos son excepcionales. En un momento se acerca el Bartender a decirnos que vio que nos gustaban los tragos raros y a preguntarnos que nos habían parecido. En ese momento aprovechamos y le dijimos que nos sorprendiera con tragos de autor. Solo le decíamos que nos gustaba y él nos preparaba tragos en base a eso...Sorprendente! La atención de las mozas fue excelente, Rosario fue muy amable y siempre atenta al detalle. Nos hubiese gustado que al momento de tener que irse porque terminaba su turno, que nos hubiese dicho "espero que todo esté bien, yo termino mi turno pero los dejo con fulanita (y nos presentaba a fulanita)" porque nos pasó que estuvimos buscando a Rosario para pedirle un café y la cuenta por mucho tiempo, finalmente llamamos al primero que vimos, que era un chico que estaba levantando otras mesas. Él nos dijo que nos mandaba a alguien, vino una chica, le pedimos los cafés y la cuenta. Nos mandaron los cafés pero nunca trajeron la cuenta. A esa chica no la volvimos a ver así que le pedimos al Bartender que nos mandar a alguien con la cuenta. Fue solo un detalle que lo pueden mejorar y seguro que hará que toda la experiencia sea con una atención excelente todo el tiempo. Definitivamente volveremos porque todo estuvo excelente. Nosotros decidimos en lugar de cenar plato principal, pedir 5 entradas así probabamos un poco de todo....
