KIOSK — Restaurant in Aberdare

Not a good experience, unfortunately. I have been a few times previously and enjoyed the food, so much so I've recommended it to my customers. After this visit, I wouldn't suggest it again. Each luke warm drink came out in 10 minute intervals. We were the only patrons there, yet it took 45 minutes for the first plate to come out. The three of us without food were left to watch the one with food eat. 15 minutes later the second came out, but the first person had already finished, so it was back to the three without watching the one with food eat. It may have been tolerable if the food had been served hot. There was no apologies for the delays or any sense of urgency to get the orders out in a timely manner. The menu is over-complicated with basic staples being left out. No bacon & egg rolls, eggs on toast or even plain toast with spread to be seen. Instead your selections are limited to undercooked poached eggs, questionable salmon bagels and french toast that hasn't even looked at an egg and takes over an hour to prepare. Give this venue...

People were lovely and maybe it was just the day we came but most of the menu items weren’t available. Ordered and paid then was told the croissant wasn’t available. Re-ordered and it came out wrong. I love this place the food is delicious, the service is top notch, I'm epileptic and I like to sit inside as I get cold, they always turn off the ferry lights for me with no issues. I had a epileptic seizure there and the staff got me water real quick, yes I need water when I have a seizure. I recommend this...
