I've been coming here for some years. This restaurant has perfect lighting and atmosphere. The staff are very friendly. They take your order from your table rather than making you order at the counter which is lovely. Service is prompt. Their food is consistently amazing each time. Their crispy beef, honey chicken, and mee goreng noodles are the best I've ever had. When you're ready to leave, you pay on your way out and they give you an individually wrapped mentos each, which is a very nice touch.
I completely love this restaurant and the staff. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Also by far the best place for an actual date: soft lighting and music gives a romantic feel - something lacking in every restaurant I've been to, the tables are set out beautifully, and the prices are great. I also love that we have the option to share the meals rather than purchase a separate meal each.
If you've never been here, make sure to try it. Even if you're not big into Thai food, you're sure to find something here you'll love. The only thing I could complain about is the fact that they don't serve their prawn crackers with peanut sauce dip. But that doesn't take anything away from the 5 stars I...
Read moreThe first thing I want to say about this restaurant is the food is great. Lucky the food is great because the service brings down the whole experience. We arrived @ 6 in the evening and were seated at our tables and no one came to our table for 15 minutes. I had to walk to the main desk just to order drinks to get started. I was questioned why I have left my table and I said we were thirsty and no one had come seen us. Long story short our food didn't come out till 7 O'clock. Way too long. I can understand it's difficult when it's busy but there are things you can do. a) Get your customers a drink straight away so they can at least sip on something while waiting. b) If extra busy, warn the customer to expect delays (especially if it's going to be an hour to get mains) c) While waiting bring out a snack like prawn crackers so there is something to nibble on while waiting. I don't get it, this is hospitality 101. It's obvious this place does a lot of take away business which is fine but you have to look after the people that make the effort to go to the restaurant and help make the venue look successful. Not ignore them. It's a real shame because they really do...
Read moreI have been a long time customer of this establishment purely because the food is very good. However, the prices are misleading. The special board at the front of the store does not highlight that it is for takeaway only and it differs from the menu presented to you at dine in. When I enquired why the special board price was lower at the front of the store, they said it was takeaway that was cheaper. I asked how that works - the lady informed me you’re paying for service. Now if there is a nearly $2 increase per item if you sit in, that adds up incredibly fast. If there were a sign saying takeaway specials and I wasn’t brushed off with dismissal, I would be inclined to not be too bothered about this.
I thought based on this, take away must be cheaper, then we find out we have also been charged for our takeaway container. Where is the logic? Do you pay more or less...
