I don't like to complain in posts re business.
This has been 12 weeks of same place new management.
The store Manager advised me about 10weeks ago that the App is still fixing adding and removing options for the meal .
The order went up to $14.50 from $10.90 on the new app. It's same same order each week same name and same time.
Last week when I picked Abby up I was asked "mum, do you forget to order my chips"
You kidding me! Past 3-4 weeks I have gone in store to order to ensure the right order. And never has been!
I discovered the meal ordered in store is $10.90. $3.60 mark up on the app for convenience for them!!!
Today I went in and ordered Abbys lunch. I wrote it on a Post it note to help the possible English barrier. I advised the Store Manager who I talk to each week re error in her orders. I said Abby did not receive chips last week?
No apologies! I asked for discount on today's meal considering I got half meal last week. Happy with $2-$3 not 50% off
I gave him $10 and he was quick enough to correct $10.90
I said what the fish? I just asked for discount as last week you gave half a meal. And how many incorrect meals she gives away!
I said "your the manger, I asked for a discount for all your errors the past 12 weeks!"
His reply "I'm not the manager".
Unfortunately I lost my cool and used the F*&^! and told him that's it I'm not coming back.
The only way to contact the store is Messenger

Read moreI wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I went last night. Burger was “ok” is the highest praise I can give. We were dining in and had to watch as all the other people who went to the counter and ordered take away receive their orders before us despite ordering after us. All the delivery drivers got their food first also. If you are dining in you are put at the bottom of the care factor. When you walk in, honestly the cleanliness of the place should have the 1st warning. The floor didn’t look like it had been swept for a week and the place hasn’t had a coat of paint in 20 years. Now that said, we still gave it a go with an open mind. After waiting til literally everyone else had had their food given, our food was served to us, we were dining in remember? served in a paper bag!! We still decided to eat in despite all this and somehow despite all the orders before us, our fries still managed to be soggy, sloppy and near cold ! Reading the reviews, in hindsight I can see this is yet another place that has been taken over and run into the ground. Read moreDespite a considerably nice burger, we had an absolutely terrible experience with customer service and Benny's Morphett Vale. It started when we were ordering our takeaway. I had asked for 2 burgers and a shake. After the cashier repeated the order incorrectly with only 1 burger, I corrected them, stating we wanted 2 burgers. He quickly said "yes", but when I tapped my card, the price still seemed far too low. While waiting for our order, another family was dining in. The gentlemen received his meal, and politely tried to tell the server that they needed their drinks, however, the sever rudely cut him off and told him to wait. The server rushed off to give food to an uber driver and then slammed some extra forks onto the table of the dining family. Due to being cut off the first time, the gentlemen had to stop the server to repeat that he needed his drinks, and did not need the extra forks that were initially slammed on their table. After this incident, we received our order, and despite being repeated multiple times, we had been given only one burger.
