This was a novita bingo night Sunday the 6/4/25 I ordered from the bingo menu a chicken Hawaiian schnitzel, I asked the girl if it came with nap sce she said no. When my meal arrived to my table it was a parmigiana. I said to the girl I wanted Hawaiian. So she took it back 20mins later she brought out a Hawaiian schnitzel with nap sce on it. After helping with a gap greyhound a free entrance was taken my girlfriend and me loved it then I took a old we make friend and it was dirty not much freshness and very disappointed but I'm celebrating my 55th B-Day dinner for 14people on the 26th July and pray my first experience will be the same as the first because we all have bad days and my memory off that 1st was to good not to try again and impress my 14freinds to become customers too also staff are good bonus to watch the races with a small bet or two see you soon thankyou....

Very disappointing, they do not honour their promotions. They have on the screens. Try to order the 2 main and 2 kids. Meal deal was first told it didn't start till next week. We ask them why they advertising it. And there's no start date, but there's an end date. Then one Bar maids interrupted and said where's your kids?
