Chicken & Seafood on Churchill — Restaurant in Adelaide

This place used to be the difference until a few months ago. The staff knew your name, listened intently and provided excellent service. Now, it's a mess and I'll tell you why. Staff that look and act unenthusiastic about their work, dreadfully slow waiting times despite pre order and when a personal complaint is made, messages are ignored and zero accountability exists. Imagine waiting forty minutes for a medium chips on a slow day. I specifically asked it be made a certain way and even the food quality was questionable. The staff used to care and enjoy their work, and there was a balance. Do better and be better people. You look depressed and like you just don't like what you do and that has a massive social ripple.

I went there and ordered a jumbo chips and a large salad. It took them over 25 minutes to hand out my order and that was after I asked where it was, if it was busy and jam packed I could kind of understand the wait. But there was all of 5 customers.

And when I asked where my order was the staff we're very rude and abrupt, sorry for asking why a salad and chips takes 25mins 😏

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had from a take-away shop.

I'd recommend staying clear of this place, unless you like long waits...

Best takeaway choice by far Very clean excellent assistance great cook I have just finished my 2 piece of fish and chips pack I Had to let someone know straight away it's Been quite a while since I have had such well cooked and presented dinner pack ( and I had fish n chips at the Challa a few days ago) came with coleslaw and 2 x tartare 2 x very big pieces of butterfish which stayed well crumbed until the very last bite 😋
