Segafredo Zanetti Adelaide — Restaurant in Adelaide

From my first visit to pick up coffee beans (bought online) to our next visit to buy a coffee machine, Segafredo were fabulously polite, helpful and generous. Rosario was amazingly honest and helpful; never suggesting the most expensive machine and alerting us to what weaknesses or negatives he felt existed in certain machines. Absolutely no BS sales pitches!! He price matched a cheaper version of the Gaggia Magenta we wanted and threw in coffee beans and other accessories. Don't bother with other stores as Gaggia machines come to them for servicing and faults anyway and they will price match! I cannot recommend more highly their service and care, and if the Segafredo beans live up to their standards shown so far, I will always buy beans from them from now on....

I took my Breville Barista touch to Segafredo for diagnosis. Unfortunately the machine is not worth repairing after only 2 1/2 years old. However, that’s not Segafredo’s fault. Segafredo did a value for money diagnosis for me and suggested I buy a new machine rather than fixing this one. The manager gave me some good advice and offered to give me a good deal on a new on. Haven’t decided yet, but very happy with advice and communication from Segafredo....

These guys are just absolutely awesome. Great service!! They take the time to have a conversation with their clients. They explain the challenges they faced with the broken coffee machine and how they fixed it. Prices are more than reasonable.
