Domino's Pizza Gawler — Restaurant in Adelaide

Ok so this is the last time I am ordering from here. Spent $40+ and got two large pizzas... Neither would be classed as "large". Last month I ordered and an amazing guy rectified the wrong ingredients for pizza after delivery. Last night the only delivery driver was on a break so was pleased when store rang and said it would be over half an hour. An hour and 10 minutes later I received two tiny, hardly covered pizza bases. You should be ashamed of yourself if pride is what you called that order. As a rule I will not give bad reviews because everyone has a bad day. And mostly things can be fixed. Maybe not this store. Recommend you go elsewhere if you are hungry and it is late at night. The pictures I am posting have clothes pegs as size reference. Delivery guy was very friendly....

Went to Domino’s gawler. Ordered 2 pizzas chicken and vegetarian pizza. Chicken for my friend and veg for mine as I don’t eat meat. Found a piece of bacon in my veg pizza after I ate half of it. I took it and shown the staff and requested for a replacement pizza. Girl working there didn’t care much about customers anyways had AirPods on didn’t took orders. Anyways waited 10 mins just to show her my pizza. She goes oh it might’ve fallen by mistake from the blade and after requesting her for a replacement pizza she said just remove bacon and eat it. Otherwise I can make you half a pizza if you like. Half a pizza? Such rude staff no replacement or refund offered. ( I’ve worked in Domino’s myself...

Waited over an hr for deliver ( we are 5min away but am sick). When i rang to see what was happening with order i was put on hold and after 5min got hung up on then i phoning back it rang out 3 times before answering. Was then told they are too busy and dont have enough drivers so best to cancel and get refund as would be another 1&1/2 hours if i wanted the order. I asked why they are still taking orders if they cant be filled and why they didnt call me to say they were too busy to do my order. They just said they are too busy. Im sick and just wanted to get a meal for my child so not happy and i see from the reviews this happens alot. Think domino's need to take a look at how this store is...
