First Things First Coffee — Restaurant in Adelaide

This business was made by some smart humans who saw a huge gap in the market. Every single location runs like a well oiled machine. The way the stations are set up and the staff work together is incredible. The service is amazing. They have a quote inside that says “make their day” and I tell you what, in the short time you’re in that drive thru they really do just that. They always ask about your day and are so polite. Very disappointed this is the second time I have come to this coffee place at this branch, The first time our coffee was burnt and I thought I just let it slide. Went there today and the coffee was spent once again and was undrinkable Which was a waste of money. It’s the last time I’m going back to that store in Salisbury. I normally go to the one at Enfield and never ever had a bad coffee from there ever. They need to start training their staff at the Salisbury branch. Previously had given 5 stars, but since selling the franchise the place has lost its touch. Coffee beans have changed, and the Coffee is nowhere near as nice. A lot of staff turn over means the service is extremely slow now. They are friendly, but not genuine. Waited over ten minutes for two cars in front to be served, staff seem to be happy having discussions with each other at the expense of speed. Have been coming here daily since they opened, but if another place opens up on the same route to work I would have no second thoughts about...
