You can really feel the love, care and pride in quality of food and service with brilliant value for money in this awesome place...I was wrapt with my food...so why didnt i give 5 stars?....i was worried to find at the door there is hanging strips of material ..similar to those wide curtain strips to keep the flies out that i needed to brush aside with my hand to get in... they also brushed against my clothes as i entered...this place is very busy so i was conscious that anyone with covid could have done the same as me and handled these curtains. I know it was put there for a good reason ie... out of care for hygiene however as it stands because of the times we are in... this fly curtain is a definite covid spreader. I also noticed alot of the staff didnt wear masks and althou they are so lovely and friendly and couldnt be more helpful if anyone of them had covid unknowingly it could end up spreading more easily onto the to food and wrappings....a single unwitting covid cough or touch is so contagious as we know. I'm genuinely sad to write anything negative about this great business but because I can't afford to get sick...I have a 91 year old mum I care for and i also have asthma..I decided to write to you in the hope you might be able to get an insect zapper put up inside or find some other way of dealing with flies so customers are not forced to share this curtain surface .Also could staff spray and wipe all tables regularly with sanitiser as they are used many times during a shift...if youre too busy maybe leave sanitiser bottles on tables for use?....

Please dont get me wrong i love your work!!!...and if my concerns are listened too i will take this down immediately and replace with the 5 stars your food and...

This place was pumping at 1pm on Dec 29. Good to see a small business doing well. We grabbed the Family chicken deal for $28. There's a choice of about 15 or so salads and they all looked fresh and full of flavour. We grabbed the Greek salad but you could choose from seafood, a couple different pasta or rice salads, chicken salads...the options were insane. Almost as insane as the portion of chips. We barely made a dent to be honest. We always order a family meal (when you're married to a body builder) but have literally never had even half as many chips come with the meal. About 2kg of potatoes cooked fresh, lightly salted and wrapped up. Its a shame so much went to waste however the value for money is evident. Looks to be family run. Fast paced, customer focused people. Clean and tidy with options to eat inside or out. Would love to see the P&L...

The BEST food you will ever find. I have been using this fish and chip shop since 1961. Even though the shop has changed hands from the original owners, George and John, the quality of all their food has always remained five stars. I travel 33 km to get my steak sandwich and fish and chips. I have never in 56 years been disappointed. . I will not eat a steak sandwich or fish and chips anywhere else. I have over the years tried fish and chip shops and even fancy restaurants, but none could compare . If you have never been to this shop you don't know what you are missing out on. Quantity, great value for money, and friendly staff are just an added bonus to the quality of their food. And by the way, I don't know these people personally. I am just a very...
