Get That Chicken — Restaurant in Adelaide

I would totally avoid Bills BBQ chicken corner Bains road and states road.

First they forgot our second bag of chips, so I called and ordered them again, and said the fish we received was wet, broken and soggy. So they said they will cook a new fish. Sent my partner to pick it up, he says pick up for Maddie, and they give him a bag. He gets home, it’s the wrong order. During this time we are eating our chicken family meal and my friend had a metal screw thing IN her chicken. She almost broke her tooth on it. After we finish eating what we had, my friend went up to the shop to just let them know. My friends were really polite. Nobody greeted them when they walked in. When my friend started discussing the problem, the girl serving her yells “SUEEEE!!!!!!!!” And I’m assuming the owner came out, defensive and very un polite. Completely blames my partner for getting up and grabbing the wrong order.. When my partner asked for “Maddie”. After a discussion with a complete rude and un reasonable owner, my friend showed the screw in our food, with a response ”… well that’s not from us.” “Thats from the chicken manufacturers or something” and put the screw on her bench. A small $10 refund after spending $60 on cold, wet half missing food. Not ONCE a sorry, no customer service what soever. Anyway, some good customer service goes a long way to...

I'm over from England so probably sounded like an idiot when ordering food as I had no idea how it was served. I ordered mixed seafood, chicken burger, chips and a medium salad. The mixed seafood is really good and a very substantial portion for the price. The tartar sauce isn't like UK tartar sauce but was still good. Chicken burger was ok, but for 7 dollars was good value and tasty, but a chicken breast would be better rather than processed but it still tasted good. Chips are epic and really salty which is good. The mixed salad I was surprised about because there was choice and I was confused when they asked what salad because in the UK it's just a basic salad of cucumber tomatoes and lettuce. Here I got a load of choices and went with a Greek salad. Was really good.

Only recommendation is get some vinegar for those chips and...

Normally I enjoy their snitty packs but their quality has gone down hill. For $11 you don't get much, only 2 potatoes (1 full one plus 2 halves but they told me I would get 3 potatoes). We didn't want the peas because last time we got the snitty pack with peas, the peas were yellow and tasted absolutely disguisting we had to throw them out. You would think that their customer service would consider our last experience and just throw in a few more potatoes, but no.

Bad customer service and it seems they don't care if you have been a loyal customer, so I will never go back. I have given them plenty of chances,but won't waste my time.

At least other places try and resolve issues but they just don't have that...
