this subway has a reputation as being very bad. the manager will attack anyone who is not wearing a mask. she bullies and harasses her staff members in front of customers. they are always looking for staff because she makes them all quit with her very negative attitude. she is clearly not suited for retail. they have been so desperate for staff that she employed her daughter - who is just as bad as her. this is a fast food establishment. there is no need for bullying, rudeness or anything else like that. everytime i go in there, there is always some drama going on. from the manager abusing someone, demanding people check in with the qr code (which we dont need to do anymore) and belitting her staff members to give less produce to save costs. this place is horrible. i always leave feeling angry, upset and never wanting to go back. i know a lot of other people also feel the same. avoid this place!!! the owners know about the complaints about the manager but do nothing. maybe if no one goes there and they make no money than...
Read moreHad the loveliest experience tonight, went in to get my order fixed after getting the wrong order delivered a few weeks back, and both female employees were extremely lovely, and the one I’d spoken to on the phone actually remembered me and my order and what went wrong, and then when she was remaking the order, she remembered that I get sauce on the bread side, how many customers do they get every day and she remembered me! But it wasn’t just that and the willingness to fix my order, it was the whole energy and atmosphere that both of the girls brought to the shop, they were genuinely lovely and caring and seemed happy to be working there! I also ordered a footlong white chicken classic add bacon and paid the extra. Also no bacon and when I asked for the bacon to be refunded the girl did not want to do it until I pushed the matter further.
I rang the manager at Subway woodcroft this morning at 10.15am Adelaide time. She was rude, refused to give me her name but demanded mine and hung up on me.
