Roast duck always good. The eggplant dish salted fish dish... the sauce was good but where's the rest of the eggplant? This is normally my favourite dish, but was disappointed that night. It never has tofu in it, this time half the pot was tofu, not a fan of tofu by the way. Not sure whether it was the waiter who took the order or the chef. I've had this dish easily over 20 times & other Chinese restaurants have it too... but its the first time came out with all other random ingredients like tofu carrot celery etc Didnt bother complaining because there was alot of miss communication. We ordered a family size bowl of soup to share... came out with individual bowls so they took it back & re cooked it. Asked for red vinegar for soup (very typical Chinese request) was giving black vinegar for cooking - maybe. Got too hard. Just wanted to eat dinner & go home. The sichuan pork ribs... not sure what it was but it stinks, it was an unpleasant pork smell, dont know how to explain. Just flavour hard to eat. It was very tender though, also tastes oily. Should just stick to our usual...

A traditional Chinese restaurant that services the community and Adelaide. From the outside it does not look impressive. Inside the atmosphere is a traditional 90's Chinese restaurant that is well maintained. It has a family feel and regulars that go there to eat to catch up or bump into friends that they have not seen for while.

Food was great with a very big choice and you would not expect anything less from a Cantonese place. The speciality is the duck and it was good. The eggplant with salted egg is particularly good too. I have no doubt all the dishes in the menu is good else it would not have lasted this long. We had a table of 8 and we ordered a number of dishes all of which were good.

Service is exceptional and the team is super friendly and curtious.

If you're looking for that traditional Cantonese restaurant that is in between super formal and the take away joint then this is the place. All it is missing is the complimentary oranges at the end and light...

Very disappointing. My family and I have been ordering here for many years now, but it was just today when I had called up speaking perfect english that we've found out the restaurant decides to change their ingredients (from more expensive asian greens/mushrooms, to celery and button mushrooms) as well as seasoning, depending on whether you sound Asian or Australian. I find this to be absolutely appalling as if I had gone to an Italian restaurant and been served a variation of the menu due to my ethnicity, I would be very much insulted. I believe that as a restaurant offering the same menu to every customer, they should deliver the same dish as ordered without prejudice. Lastly, the crispy noodles were also smashed to pieces like bread crumbs. If it is too hard to bag them for takeaway, then just...

Should just stick to our usual sweet sour pork.

Enthusiastic service, pleasant surroundings and easy parking at the rear all set the scene for a very enjoyable dining experience. They offer a broad menu that includes reasonably priced "Aussie Style" Chinese dishes, along with slightly more expensive traditional Chinese dishes with highly unusual ingredients. Make sure you select the right menu to suit your tastes, as my Mum wanted only Honey Chicken - which is definitely not on the traditional Chinese menu! Main courses are very generous in quantity. As moderate eaters, we should have selected one between two of us. Food is excellent quality, with thin batter and plenty of meat in the honey chicken and sweet and sour pork dishes, along with very tasty sauces. Well worth a visit!

Super delicious. First time, got take away. Had the hokkien noodles and the beef plum. Was very tasty, needed a bit of salt but that's me. Friendly guys at the front. Will be returning! In the photo I added extra sesame seeds and spring onion for fanciness.
