Todays tried Hoàng Vietnamese Rolls at Royal Park. Had a few from others reasonably close by but this one became top of my list in comparison. Crispy roll with a light inside and a flavour perfectly balanced in the Combo roll I had. Pâté, Viet mayo, perfect crackling (with a little extra from a new batch today) lightly pickled carrot, daikon, cucumber and a smidge of red onion (leave it off if you want), nice chillie hit and coriander
