Terrible management skills today. I was told not to be angry repeatedly when I was trying to ask if they have any method of typing in my credit card number instead of tap and pay as it wasn't working and I didn't have a physical credit card at hand. When told repeatedly to not be angry and that I look angry a person is bound to get angry eventually. I was being respectful and calm but she had was going on and on about me being angry. Was also told if the card doesnt work there won't be any food given. Isn't it obvious though ? Not everyone is looking to get free food. Why should I be told that and made to feel homeless merely because my Tap and Pay isn't working. I was simply hoping to work out a payment method so my hungry kids could get some food. This Hungry Jacks constantly forget items. I have always had to go back into the shop to get my lost item. One time it was an expensive burger, casually left on the side when I went to retrieve it. I just did an Uber eats, and to my surprise there is only 2 chips out of 3 that were supposed to be in the bag. I ordered 3 meals, what meal does not have chips or onion rings?! Can’t go retrieve the lost item, it defeats the whole point of getting Uber eats!

Saturday nights haven't been the same since some wanker in Sydney removed the Aussie Burger from the menu, but we all make sacrifices and move on. I moved on to the Whopper with Cheese in a large meal plus a Cheeseburger on the condition I get my Strawberry Thickshake in place of that shitty syrup soft drink.
