Wide selection of coffees with different flavour profiles, staff who are knowledgeable about them and how to get the best out of them (assuming you’re making coffee at home too) and a chilled out friendly atmosphere. I will say, it’s not always the quickest place, so if you’re in a hurry that can catch you out, but for me it’s worth the trade off. Incredible coffee, the baristas really know what they’re doing. They clearly love all things coffee and are happy to share their knowledge. You can have coffee made in every way you can imagine. Service is always incredibly friendly and genuine. Amazing doughnuts and always a varied selection. They even cut it in half for us when we mentioned we were sharing, so much nice attention to detail for a good experience. Love my daily fix of B3 coffee and have done so from opening day. The new Reno is AMAZING!

Staff members are always friendly and genuinely welcoming. Above all else, they make bloody good coffee. While there may have been a few new staff members join the fray recently, all have been brilliant, very friendly and far from impersonal. Anyone who says otherwise is a genuine muppet.

Service is very efficient - even in busy times. Refer muppet comment above about anyone who says otherwise.
