I cannot believe how poorly run this store is.

I rock up, all seems okay, I look at the screen, solid red… bad sign.

Try to order… annoying register chick appears to have no sense of surroundings?? Why? Because there was a line of over 15 customers waiting to order, she stood there and laughed about how ‘the screens are frozen!!’ But not once went to get a manager. NO JOKING, 10 minutes later she realises there are actually TWO screens. Imagine being that unaware 👀. Anyway, I try and order online while I wait in the real line to see who’s faster. Get to the pay screen for online and it says ‘oopsie no connection UwU’ when I have 4 bars. Almost threw my phone I swear…

Anyway, 10 minutes later our wonderful airhead realises she has a second screen and try’s to place my order…

It’s all downhill from here…. I speak to her in a friendly and clear manner… doesn’t work… time to put on my ‘old folks home care worker’ speech. Still doesn’t work, she doesn’t understand, I’d say like, 60-70% of the order was correct, keep in mind I didn’t customise my burgers 😬

Oh yeah, my order consisted of only three meals 🤦🏽‍♀️

Anyway, in this time, 2 customers have left for KFC and 5 ubers have canceled their orders, love it 🥰

I wait 12 minutes for my food, enough time to call my mum and complain to her. But don’t worry I tried hard to be nice and calm and loving to the wonderful crew members.

I get the food, it’s wrong, I tell them to fix it, takes some time but it gets done. Dunno why my double cheese is a triple but I no longer have the stamina to fix it, guess the dogs getting a reward for my pain and suffering 🐕

I leave. No one else in this whole 30 minute ordeal gets their food, feeling bad ngl. I drive home and my poor poor maccas order is cold. At least maccas was correct and took me like 3 minutes. I will pray for good fortune and good vibes maccas way.

Hungry jacks… not even my thoughts and prayers will help...

This store really needs to take more pride in what they are giving the public. I tried the new chicken burger with pineapple I ask if it could be put in a box So it will still be crunchy Yes well It was most certainly put in a box Although wrapped and then put in the box Really And honestly it was horrible Certainly not made with any pride The chips were old And the onion rings were burnt

And the young girl who took my order through the drive through Certainly needs a lesson In customer service

Takeaway these days Is quite expensive

And money doesn't come easy For so many people

Takeaway a lot of times is a treat

One would think that it wouldn't be that hard

Obviously for this store it is

As 9 times out of 10 It is very disappointing

And leaves me feeling That I wish I chosen something different

Tuesday 15th November 2022 Ordered junior whoppers And as you can see with the pictures What I received We are shown amazing burgers etc And yet we all basically get Slop ... It really is not...

Woeful - old oil on the onion rings! Old oil on the “jacks fried chicken”! Which did not have ANY crunch looked like a regular chicken fillet. Ordered two tropical jacks fried chicken burgers, one in a large meal but the chips were regular… l had to wait for the pop corn chicken and when it arrived we began to check everything was there and before I could turn around the boy was gone. And YES one tropical burger was missing… going back inside were both like- “Come on guys it only had three burgers and it’s not rush hour…” The second burger was slopping out from between the wrapper also soo disgusting 🤮 first time eating from this hungry jacks and not surprisingly the service was pitiful and order not correct and the food was not tasty. We won’t be going back for a second chance. Every hungry jacks we’ve been to in the last seven years has been the same- Port Adelaide Port Pirie Gawler CBD - doesn’t matter where!...
