Hungry Jack's Burgers Hackham — Restaurant in Adelaide

I wouldn’t even give hungry Jacks Hackham West, even one style place was smelly dirty. A table was dirty and chairs. The floor tried to use the PowerPoint in the dining room to charge my phone and they were not working. Another lady tried them as well, and she had no luck. I had two different charges with me but didn’t work. I asked if they had a another PowerPoint and the manager told me to use the one that was not working. When I told him it wasn’t working. He wouldn’t believe me and insinuated. I was a liar. I told him to try it himself, but he wouldn’t, and still insisted it was in working order even though we were telling him it doesn’t work was not happy with his attitude. This young man, he was rude. He was unhelpful. And the other boy was rude as well. I’ve heard bad things about this restaurant, but. Seen it first hand now I am disgusted will never ever go there again. Always been big fan BUT we'd nt went through drive through and ordered cheeseburger meal with no pickles and lemonade for drink kids meal plus 2 soft serves a whopper with cheese and frozen coke cost $24.75. I received cheeseburger small chips and lemonade NO BOX NO TOY.+WHOPPER WITH CHEESE WITH FROZEN COKE MED CHIPS (NOT ORDERED)+2Soft serves.grandson upset didn't get box or toy plus we both found the burgers were disgusting. Took home for dogs. my whopper consisted of pattie 4 end slices of tomato ( which I don't eat) Mayo and heaps of raw onion which was also outer slices cut extremely thick.and for that food I was charged 24.75 which was uneatable except for the chips drink n soft serve. I'm not one to complain, and I have always enjoyed Hungry Jacks in the past, but the latest visit was not a good one as far as presentation and value. The latest on the menu is THE BIG JACK. Well, I was expecting something like the whopper. Sorry, half the size, and the presentation was nothing like the photo. It looked more like someone had pulled it out of the rubbish bin. The hot chips that came with it were not very hot and tasted like cardboard. What has happened to the Hungry Jacks I so much loved? Perhaps it was the outlet store. Main south Road at Hackham.
