Rude staff | Unprofessional | Chaotic. A simple order turned into an extremely unpleasant experience. I ordered a meal via drive through and was handed over a coke at the window. The burger wasn't ready so I was asked to wait. Due to miscommunication I thought I was supposed to wait at the next window but the lady at the counter was expecting me to park my car and walk in to collect the burger. Miscommunication can happen with anyone, so that's not the issue. The chaos happened when another lady named Ebonee, apparently the manager passed on the wrong order to me assuming I was someone else. She didn't confirm my order when handing it over, soon realised her mistake and started screaming at me for not having parked my car! Anyway, I parked the car, walked inside and confronted her. Her response, "you were supposed to park the car and wait. Now because of you, I am so stressed out and have to do the other order again". I told her that she was being super rude and her behaviour was unacceptable. Miscommunication can happen anywhere but this is no way of treating the customer. There was absolutely no remorse for acting the way she did and responded with a very long and sarcastic "thank you" while I was leaving. Read moreTwice I ordered coffee to try it out via the app. First time after waiting 5 mins to pick it up, they tell me the water is off and they can't make coffees, Its lunch time trade, unbelievable. Second time I ordered a coffee and small chips via the app, after waiting 10 mins, I ask where's my order or I'll cancel it. The young girl serving me, tells me she's on a break and shouldn't be working anyway. Another young lady that was making a coffee, and believed it could be mine, NOPE, apparently not she was on her break making herself a coffee LOL. The shift manager instead of saying sorry about that, we will make it immediately for you, she explains to me she is short staffed and proceeded with the refund. Unacceptable service. For the record, you did have staff my order was the only on your screen, others came in after. Never have your staff taking their breaks during your lunch trade or dinner. Its either before or after. Read moreI usually love the hot chocolate from Hungry Jack’s and order it regularly, but last night’s experience was really disappointing. I ordered the Premium Hot Chocolate online around 11:20 PM, and when I received it, there was no cream on top and it didn’t taste like the usual premium one at all. It had a weird, overly bubbly texture and was completely off in flavour.
Since I’m a regular customer, I know how it should taste – this one was just bad. I went back to politely ask if they could replace it or at least add the cream that was missing, but the person at the counter flat out refused. He even said “I saw there was cream”, which was not true at all. No apology, no offer to fix it – just completely dismissive.
