McDonald's — Restaurant in Adelaide

Attended your store yesterday evening the 20/12/2018 at about 10.20pm with my partner and my son. Placed an order for a large Big Mac meal and two large Vanilla thick shakes through your drive through. Our service was great until we reached the second window where a young lady was completeing our order, I would not normally complain nor worry about such thing, but the manner she served us in was extremely rude and abrupt we where not difficult costumers nor gave her any form of reason or grief to treat us in such a manner. I do understand everyone has bad days/evenings but I find it no excuse when it comes to dealing with complete strangers who personally havent done anything to cause her to treat us so poorly, I am highly dissapointed that my son had to witness such thing. On handing us our meal at the 3rd window she abruptly handed it to me and slammed the window shut without word, when our order hadnt even been completed in which a lovely lady working in your store did so. Im upset and dissapointed that my son bare witness to this. I am not complaining for any type of reimbursement or anything of the manner purely for the principal. I’m so mad this is my local one and each time I’ve come in something has gone wrong with my order, hears some of those things....

1. the kid couldn’t remember my order which was very specific and he gave it to some random person and I had to wait another 30 mins for my order to be remade
2. I wanted to buy a frozen drink with cash and they tried getting me to order myself then go over to the machines I said there’s no point considering I have to come to the counter to pay anyway and one of the supervisors was like you’ll have to wait while I sever the lady behind you because she ordered on the screens she gets served first when I was first in line I was so mad I just left
3. I ordered a large soft serve cup and they didn’t even fill it to the top of add any chocolate syrup I then asked if they could fill it up as it’s a large and should have syrup at the bottom(which there wasn’t) and on the top (like not even one pump) I then sat to eat my chips and they were cold and stale I’m so angry I just want to enjoy me food.!

Intop of that there’s a supervisor that is so rude to me every time I come in and I have no clue why all up I wish I could give a 0 there’s horrible service and horrible food...

I rarely buy fast food, but I must say that I am very partial to a Classic Angus burger. At lunch time today (19 Jul 2017) I went into the Darlington Macdonalds store and ordered a Classic Angus, Medium fries and, as a treat, a large caramel sundae. I was on a time crunch between jobs so I got it takeaway. It was served to me within 3 mins of ordering which should have gotten the bells ringing. Anyway I jump back into my van and head to my job which is about 15 mins away and eat my fries while I am driving. I get to my job and open up the container with my Classic Angus burger only to find some dry shriveled up rank chicken burger thing instead. Now you might say "Why didn't you go back?". Well if I was just around the corner I would have. But having already travelled 15 mins up Main South Road I would have a further 30 min round trip at least to go and and show them the error of their ways and get the right burger. I decided to try this very inferior excuse for a burger, took one bite and then threw the rest away. I think I will be taking my lunch appetite to Subway from now on.
