I go to McDonaldās 5 days a week. I have been to this McDonaldās multiple times. I will not come back. The staff are rude, they donāt look at you when they give you the food. They ignore and donāt look at uber drivers and customers. I was waiting for my order and 2 staff members were making fun in an extremely horrible way to a coworker and then both laughed at them. The food, drinks & ice cream are always disgusting, not made correctly and looks like itās been dropped on the floor. My burger had a weird smell to it. Mine & my partners drinks werenāt fizzy (we had tasted them) I took them back and I told the girl⦠she opened one and said it is fizzy⦠I said well itās not.. I tasted it⦠she then went and made two more which were the same. I didnāt bother going back because it wouldnāt have been the same. I feel like I have wasted my money going to this restaurant. The restaurant is disgusting. Food & drinks all over the walls and floors. .. it smells like rubbish and just a dirty environment. The ice bucket they use for the drinks is on the floor with people walking past it and over it, it has no lid on it. Behind the counter is disgusting. The staff seem confused and donāt know whatās going on and how to do their job. I have never been to a McDonald this bad before. The toilets are disgraceful⦠the sink is literally black. Unfortunately I donāt get photos as I was on my timed lunch break. In my opinion I would fire them all and get some actual friendly people in. Get someone to actually go in and clean. No one has cleaned there for months. I know this because I clean a for job. I warn you to not go to this McDonalds until they sort out all these issues. Unhygienic place....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have absolutely had enough with this McDonaldās! I moved near here about 2 months ago. I work night shift so I go to this maccas weekly maybe once or twice a week. I come between 2:30 and 3:30am, Iāve come here in the drive through. They have claimed that the system is updating, they are so rude about it and cut me off when I am speaking multiple times, itās always the same manager too sheās got no customer service skills. Occasionally thereās a lovely guy there who would take my cash (as they can put it through the system during updating if paid in cash)and make my food . But I havenāt seen him in ages. Not only that I always ask for a fresh fillet o fish because if I donāt the fish is always hard as a rock. Twice I had to return the burger and ask them twice to make it fresh. And to top it off just now I ordered a mighty McMuffin and hashbrown. Iām absolutely gob smacked. I heard baby crunching and thought oh maybe they didnāt see the tiny shell pieces assuming it was minuscule. I hear more crunching so open up my burger and there is actual massive Chunks of egg shell all through my egg and itās extremely visible!!!! I am disgusted in the customer service skills , the lack of effort to carry out their duties, just everything!!! Iāve read all the reviews and 97% is negative feedback only 3% is positive. On average you should be getting 80% negative feed back and 20% positive. That speaks volumes. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am absolutely appalled at the customer service Iāve received tonight. I ordered my meal while the restaurant was quiet, no other people were waiting for orders. A 15 minute wait turned into 30 when the staff on shift completely disregarded my Coca Cola as part of my order. They slapped my food and coffee onto the counter while leaving an empty cup at the drink pump, forgetting to fill it. I waited at the counter for a good 20 minutes to ask for this drink to complete my order all while every staff member on board looked at me and continued passing by. They did not acknowledge mine, or the Uber Eats driversā presence who waited with me; we all wanted to know what was taking so long?. These workers did not even put effort into the orders they received: pure roaming around in circles and touching things that do not regard the food they should be making. Pure laziness. In the end, I myself had to call out āExcuse me, may somebody finish my order?ā to be attended at the counter. Zero apologies were provided from staff as well as no smile or human recognition. I do not mind waiting while a place receives many online orders at a time, or while staff are somewhat slow, but at the end of the day, I and the others waiting should have received an explanation or at least an apology for the long wait; full silence was provided and dirty looks.
