Noodle Box Golden Grove — Restaurant in Adelaide

Got a large bowl tonight after waiting for 25 minutes minimum I ordered extra meat at $3.50 as last time I received almost no meat so I thought I'd try by ordering extra.. drove all the way home and opened it up and it was literally less meat than ever before even after paying the extra $3.50.. I bought the large to share with the wife and it was literally just half full and only noodles and sauce.. I don't mean to rant but service was poor and I paid $23.40 for a small amount of food with minimal meat even after paying extra.. so now I have to head out again In the rain and get some more food.. I tried last week and received the same sort of service and problem but was happy with flavours so I thought I would try you guys again.. what a mistake quite concerned for your franchises as it youse to be amazing. I have been going to Golden Grove store since it opened. Would have so say it has got slightly worse over the years. Depending on the Chef is dependable on the outcome. Tonight I knew it was not going to be great. Why? When the Chef has to be summoned to come cook from out the back and put his phone down and took seconds to cook a meal and then take off straight out the back before I can even get to the counter says something. Outcome was like eating cardboard. As a business owner, some advise to the owner time to change up staff been there to long and stale like the food being cooked. I've been a regular, long term customer of Golden Grove Noodle Box. However, my last 4 visits have been very unsatisfactory compared to my previous experiences (after giving it another try, and another etc to see if there is any improvement). Reading some of the negative recent reviews on here, my recent experiences have been very similar - very skimpy with their veg and protein servings, 'big bowl' size not filled up to the top of the bowl. Furthermore, on the last 2 occasions, the honey soy sauce has tasted off - like a soggy taste and then very spicy the second time (and I didn't order my meal with chilli), that I had to throw it away.
