My expectations are high cos I love Vietnamese food. Ordered the broken rice with charcoal pork chop and roast pork. I am impressed and my taste buds are truly satisfied. The serving is very generous, OMG so much meat lol, taste very fresh. Normally the pork chop is pretty dry and very thin in Melbourne. This pork chop is tender and so full of flavour. It's OK for a local Eatery, but not some place you would drive out the way for. It's more a lunch time take away place (meat rolls) which caters other Vietnamese food on the side. Although, it has the potential to be a great small diner. The Pho we had was salty, and lack the tripe and tendons.
