Subway — Restaurant in Adelaide

I've been here before and had good experience in past but from last couple of times staff's attitude is just so cold it feels like they do not wanna work there and it shows from their service one staff member in particular. I usually do not bother too much, but today's experience was so bad I might not visit this particular store again. Today, I ordered two veggie delight subs that the guy was totally silent through the prep. I had to presume that he was waiting for me to guide him to the next step. Moreover, I might have missed noticing, but it seems that staff member didn't change his gloves between order as when I started eating my sub, it was smelling like seafood, whereas it was a veggie delight. It ruined the whole moment, and I wasn't able to eat that sub because of that. I hope this store's staff get some training which might help that particular staff member to at least serve customers with some decent customer service. Bit of engagement and smile...

Today my children and I went to buy Subway 1 footling & 6inch. At that time there were two men at the counter. one man who served us was very friendly named Happin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but when I wanted to pay the other man looks rude however it is rude came in and were at the cashier and replaced the man who previously served us very friendly. Our Subway was at the counter and I asked for a paper bag Happin give a paper bag at the counter however the guy with a beard doesn’t care. I was finished pay, He not even put my food in the paper bag. My opinion that tall guy with a beard at cashier need to learn how to be a good attitude as costumer service. They really need to up the quality of their carrot, no, really, they do, take a look when you go in there, it's got green or black ends on a lot of it, major turn off, and I love carrot. Friendly staff, very personable. Generally competent, several to a high standard, but one of the girls is just apathetic to her job and demolishes the subs we get from her. I try to avoid going when she's on. And she's made my partner stop going after too many sandwiches were horribly butchered by her.

About standard for a subway. Why bother posting a 3 star average review? This review is mostly so that they start making the carrot nice again and so that the restaurant has tools to improve themselves that isn't unfair or...
