Rose & Crown Hotel — Restaurant in Adelaide

Pleasantly surprised, and would def recommend for an overnight stay that is convenient to Elizabeth area (we are from the other side of town and came for a netball carnival). Our 2BR apartment was spacious, clean and had all we needed. Kitchen facilities were fine with a full sized fridge. The bathroom was spotless and the shower good and hot with good pressure. Beds and pillows were comfy and lovely grey mink polar fleece snuggle blankets for added warmth. You could hear noise from the pub downstairs until about 10.30pm (we stayed on a Sat night) but not enough to be annoying and after that it was really quiet and we all slept well. We had dinner in the pub downstairs with a free drink each included as well as 25% off our meals as hotel guests, and our steaks and burgers were good. For the price and the convenience to Elizabeth, I thought it was great! Staff were friendly and nice too, and happy for our daughter to take her dessert upstairs to our room to have...

I was truly impressed by the exceptional level of service and comfort provided by the Rose and Crown. What truly set our experience apart was the amazing staff. There willingness to assist with absolutely any of our needs. There professionalism and friendliness of the staff at the this venue was truly amazing. Wether it's was attentive concierge, efficient house keeping team or the welcoming front desk staff and shift managers went well above and beyondto ensure our needs where met. The Rose and Crown make you feel apart of there warm family and I highly recommend this accommodation for any future stays. As I know my family will call this home when we are in Adelaide SA. I Accidentally dropped my first and only drink and unfortunately the glass broke. I felt so terrible, up until the lady bartender told me that I had to leave 2mins after arriving. She was the most nasty uncompromising judgemental publican I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, she was not even interested in what I had to say, I didn't get to say anything in my defence. I was disgusted and extremely embarrassed for myself and my wife. I'm a reasonable person and don't just go around breaking things on purpose. Hopefully she'll have a better attitude and remember that accidents happen you don't have to be a tyrant, we're not all misfits in Elizabeth. I'm not dissing anyone... I believe Even the misfits deserve some respect from the people who take their hard...
