Subway — Restaurant in Adelaide

if i could give 0 stars i would. i know you’re not meant to expect much from a subway or any kind of fast food within a servo but wow this really exceeded that. stood waiting to be served for 5 minutes with not a worker insight and i had to ask the otr worker to get someone for me. he told me the subway worker was ‘trying to get work done’ but im the customer so his job is to serve me. really poor customer service in that he barely spoke to me or looked at me, did not return any niceties. i was told the toaster was off for cleaning purposes but nobody was cleaning it nor did it appear dirty i think he just didn’t want to turn it on. made an absolute mess off my salads, no even spread, placed them in between the two sides of the bread instead of on one side, same as the chicken. barely any sauce which then got removed from my salad as it stuck to the paper he poorly wrapped the sandwich in. the sandwich was half open the chicken fell out and the sandwich wasn’t closed but he did not care. rude and a horrible experience truly...

Order (from app) as pic provided. We receive a chicken classic, no sauce, no pepperoni as an add on at $3 and on what appeared to be an untoasted bun. Of the 2 cookie order she managed to get half of that right and give us 1. When i go back in and ask her to rectify I am presented with a worker ( ended up being the manager ) waving the receipt in the air saying " you did not order this " in an escalated voice, full of attitude and had enough nerve to question my attitude. All I said to her repeatedly was " please, just give me what I've paid for". THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY SUBWAY. How any business owner can operate with that level of rudeness, incompetence and all round poor attitude is beyond me. I'm guessing she won't be there much longer. HOPELESS! She just lost a very regular customer and St Marys now has a new one. Go...

This subway has the worst customer service. What’s the point with getting a job in customer service when all you are going to be is rude. The interview process for Peregrine Corp is like an army obstacle to get a job with them and not sure how this woman passed. I would mention her name here but her name tag was old and the writing had worn off. Not like this big corp cares, but just a warning for those sandwich goers. I didn’t even get asked if I wanted it toasted and she put so much sauce on it that half the bottle wouldn’t been gone. I haven’t gotten subway in over a year and now I see why.
