Wokinabox — Restaurant in Adelaide

Ordered the vegetarian bowl using Uber eats, the description said tofu with mixed veg and cost was $17.95, there was not a single piece of tofu. Called the restaurant and the guy who picked up (Sandeep) refused to admit their mistake or mend the order, kept saying we need to pay extra for tofu (and blamed it on Uber), which is ridiculous since I had the exact bowl before with the same price and it included tofu. Anyway ended up paying $17.95 for a bowl of rice and vegetable....

Really disappointed in this shop, I got some noodles which took 2 mins to make and my friend came in right behind me as she was filling up work van. The staff member said no we are closed and refused to make her anything!!! I literally had just got my food. All the ingredients were still out. He so easily could have served her. Anyway just goes to show it’s not...

Ordered over the OTR app. Got home to find out there were missing items. Rang them repeatedly to see how they'd like to rectify. No answer after about 5 attempts to call them. Matches my experience of the service you get from the Subway next door. Consistently appalling. Completely over donating money to that...
