Westside Espresso Cafe — Restaurant in Armidale

Every time I visit Armidale which has been three times each year ,during my stay I visit Westside cafe each morning before uni and have had great service , coffee and meals as well as an incredibly friendly greeting from a gentleman that works there . I had a different server one day and experienced a very scalded and over heated coffee that curtled by young server . The next day I went back and asked my coffee not be over heated as I couldn’t drink it the day before . I had never had a bad coffee here before and knew it was of high standard and anyone could have a busy moment and accidently over heat milk .

The gentleman offered me half price coffee (even though I wanted to pay full price ) and proceeded to make me an amazing cappuccino . Coming from a consumer that NEVER complains as I have worked in a cafe and that is not an easy job to please all. My experience was extremely positive and i will be going back each time I visit .

We stopped here for breakfast and it ended up being the best egg and bacon roll I have had in my 40years! Fresh buns, bacon and 2 and eggs and perfectly cooked.

Customer service was great and they actually cared about how you were and very cheerful.
