Seriously!! I have to say it is THE BEST pizza I have ever eaten. I ate the whole bloody pizza. I have never finished a full pizza on my own before in 1 sitting. I had the prawn and chorizo and my mate had the pumpkin pizza. Both had the perfect thin base with the density of a thicker crust enabling it to be the perfect vessel for the topping which had the perfect ratio of topping and sauce which delivered it self to the very crust enabling every bite to be as delicious as the one before. No more leaving the crusts behind. The venue was laid back, funky and service friendly and authentic. LOVED IT! I would drive from Margs just for dinner here.

Walked into the bus/ revamped kitchen to be greeted by a big smile and friendly owner. Top notch service for sure. I had a classic Margherita, thin crust was on point and good amount of toppings. Estimate of when it would be ready was accurate. I went on a Thursday so was sad to miss the wood fired meats being available but all the more reason to go back!! Sadly a friend of mine who is gluten intolerant couldn't get a pizza as they don't currently offer the GF option but hopefully in the future.

They make a daily batch of sourdough, enough for about 60 pizzas. Once those are sold, they are sold out for the day: you should go early, or order in advance to be certain of being served. There are about 15 topping combinations. We tried four: all very good. Shared 4 pizzas between 2 adults and 3 children, had plenty to eat and took home a few slices too. Service was prompt and friendly.

This wasn't a Pizza.! The base was like cardboard, and it wasn't woodfired. Don't get fooled by the wood in front of the bus. It never gets used. It wasn't cheap either at $24 each, that's two roast chickens from the supermarket. And that is for real not like their so-called pizza. The girl was nice and friendly and the bus was real. But we went there to eat. We got sucked in by Google adds. I usually don't do bad reviews, but here I feel I have to warn...
