2point0 Takeaway — Restaurant in Balaklava

Worse takeaway ever, order a meal at six for six thirty, went to pick up daughter-in- law was told VERY RUDELY it wouldnt be ready til 6.50, and they sent me a message, this was their first LIE , i received nothing then when we returned to find one extremely harrased looking women and a CHILD between ten n twelve who also looked deeply harassed. The second lie was when she said we asked for a order in the wrong name. I would refuse to work under these condition I have been on the other side of this counter and wouldnt have lasted five minites in a town way smaller than balaklava that swoll ten times its size on weekends n holidays. Hire propper staff or maybe well get lucky and a new takeaway will open. There’s nothing like completion to improve REALLY BAD...

Just called to order food and the lady, Sarah, was disgustingly rude to my partner on the phone. Sarah acted as if us ordering food was putting them out SO much. We like to try food, especially burgers, in small towns as we drive through. 2point0 Cafe staff were friendly and informative re their menu and food options. Both my hubby and I were very happy with our burgers.. fresh ingredients, well presented and delicious!
