Order chicken pieces without wings twice on phone. I've been told to collect in 5 mins. Once reached to collect found 2 wings which I politely ask to replace and the look I got on their faces was very disturbing, specifically when they smiling to each other the way I pronounce wings and they repeatedly asked me its wings not wing. I can understand everyone different with their accents but you can not make fun of people when English is not their first language and morover I paid for the food to get that the quality product not to see your rude faces and laughing about my accent. After all this nonsense I asked them to change and they asked me to wait 25 mins with rude tone when I remind them before it was 5mins wait and now it's 25mins, she replied rudely yes 25 mins your choice. After all this nonsense behaviour I asked them thanks for their great service, please throw it in a bin. Have a lovely day and I walk off. Moral 13.50$ and time wasted. Learnt how few people treat if you are not one of them. Got to work without food which I can deal easily when it's about your integrity and probably they will have a laugh of the day but I believe it's about integrity not...

My friend got food poisoning from eating here yesterday and we believe it was the old gravy it was lumpy and just didn’t taste right. When we walked into the store staff weren’t welcoming felt like we were not welcomed they looked at us didn’t offer to help or take our order. We went to order as one but the girl took my friends order and walked away to the cashier, then she came back to take my order we payed with the same card twice. We sat down the staff were busy on the phones they kept looking at us like were doing something wrong. But I think if you’re a white Aussie you will be welcomed here from what I seen. I’m not chiding here I look at the receipt from the time we order till we got the food it took them 39min to cook a chicken burger and chips. The burgers had no flavour over cooked and bland. My friend has been on the toilet all day there is no way I would recommend anyone to go here.

Great takeaway for breakfast, lunch and dinner! You will not regret eating here! You can eat in or takeaway. Huge choice of menu options, fresh and tasty food, very warm and friendly staff and owners and all food is priced extremely reasonably. P.S their coffee is awesome! Thank you Balranald Take Away, we will definately be back next time we are passing...
