Shell Club — Restaurant in Barwon South West

We had dinner tonight at the Shell Club for the first time. We have been meaning to go there for some time now, and well...... I didn't know what I was expecting, but I was not expecting that! From the moment we walked in to the front desk we were greeted with a smile and a lovely lady who directed us to the bistro. As we walked around to the bistro we were greeted again by a lovely young girl who took us to a table and made sure we were comfortable. As we sat down we were amazed with how nice and clean and presentable it was inside. We then had Sandy the supervisor approach to make sure we were happy with where we were sitting as we had a pram. We replied we were great where we were 😊 we were then provided with a complimentary basket of warm dinner rolls. I then asked what the favourites were? And she proceeded to run through her personal favourites and what was popular. We then explained it was our first time there and this came as a surprise, therefore she offered us a complimentary garlic bread on the house ❤️ we made our order and were very surprised with price! For myself, my partner and our daughter it was $64!! Which we found very reasonable! The food was beautifully presented and full of flavour! We now find ourselves very torn between our usual go to for a pub/bistro meal!

Over all from service to atmosphere and food if we were able to give it a higher star review, we would! VERY IMPRESSED! ❤️

The only thing I can fault is there not being any kids play area or drawing material. But otherwise! Well done Shell club ❤️ keep up the...

Used to take Mum there a lot before she moved to Grovedale so it was so nice to take her again today for Mother's Day and to see its just as beautiful as we remember.

The food as always was sensational, the garlic bread, Caesar salad, Nasi Goreng and burgers were just delicious. Mum is in a wheelchair so I absolutely love the room there, tables are not crowded together like every other place we go to these days so I really appreciated that and to top it off the staff are so friendly, they are always so helpful I do remember one lady that I've seen there over the years, her name is Sandy and she is always very friendly and very helpful as were the other two ladies working..Will make more of an effort to come back more regularly in the future..

Ps..It's always so clean also ...just a beautiful space with awesome food. Well done...

We love your meals but unfortunately we cannot use our Senior Cards for lunch on the Weekends, we Celebrated Christmas with Family and friends and when we received our Meals we were confronted with a huge plate of food that we could not manage to eat it all, due to paying full Price , I cannot understand why Seniors have to pay Full Price for meals we cannot finish, the half price meals are ample for Seniors and enjoyable, I did notice on the day we had lunch,there was hardly any customers at your tables , and I believe it is because The Seniors Cards have been eliminated for Weekend Meals, When Senior Cards were allowed on the Weekends,just about every table was full, so what is that saying to The Shell Club? Until Seniors Cards are Active again on the Weekends, We will be...
