Thai Chef — Restaurant in Barwon South West

I was the first order of the night. I ordered 4 entrees take away all to be put in containers as I was taking it to Geelong hospital. Had to pay for containers which I’m ok with but then they forget one of my entrees and my husband only got half his food. They gave me the sauce for it but not the chicken. Tried to call them and they literally told me they put it in the bag. Why would I waste my time and let my food go call to spend 20 min on the phone for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me. So I’m going to my bank to dispute the transaction. I asked to speak to some one who speaks English and understands English. She said she understood English she clearly didn’t because she kept saying you come we give you. Even though I told her I was in the Geelong hospital. Terrible...

Absolutely disgusted in their customer service, had food delivered, a d noone even rang doorbell or knocked. Food was sitting outside for at least 30 minutes. I called them and they said sorry. I asked for food to be re delivered. Only to be told no you have to pick it up and bring back cold food. Most likely for them to reheat it and give it to someone...

Went in to order my food and asked for a specific dish to be either beef and when I hit it he it was chicken this was annoying as I can’t eat chicken . The young girl serving was on loud speaker talking to what sounded like her boyfriend my din and I could here him talking on his end and her talking and it was not restaurant appropriate I won’t be back...
