Mitch and the team recently catered our wedding. It was a bit of a risk as we booked them before ever getting a chance to try them! Everything was perfect, I received feedback from a large number of guests saying the brisket was the best they had ever had (my favourite was the pulled lamb). They worked with us to make a custom menu for the day, even providing vegetarian options for those who wanted that. Better than any other BBQ...
