I have never had to deal with such inappropriate, immature, unprofessional, rude, disrespectful & discriminating behavior from a trained hospitality staff member in my life. Today I entered the store with my partner and her nephew, with intentions ordering and enjoying a milkshake each. 3 customers who entered the store after us were served with no problem at all and by this time the que is empty & we still hadn't been served so we were ready to leave, on the way to the door we hear "is there anyone that needs to be served". We made the decision to proceed with an order. We order a strawberry and a chocolate milkshake, the girl then turns her back on us, proceeds to make the milkshakes and now the both of the girls are whispering secretly to each other and are seemingly struggling to keep a cringe off their faces. The milk shakes are done, lids are on, she brings them to the register, grabs the straw dispenser from the customer side of the counter, dispenses our straws with her hands that she didnt wash. Then puts the straws back to right infront of me before sliding our milkshakes to us and walks away, I honestly havnt been more disgusted with...
Read moreAs a regular ongoing customer I purchased 2 mocca rings and a hedghog slice on 6/8/25, I had to repeat myself 3 times to the lady, apparently a "learner", which the reponse by supporting staff member (black hair) was handled quite well. However I had to repeat myself to the supportive staff member a further two times. On the third time my husband stepped in and said the order again. I turned to the lady with blonde/ brown dyed hair that service was extremely frustrating, as customer feedback - nothing more. The response I recieved with strong sarcasm and said,"Oh Im sorry about that!" I WILL NOT BE BACK, as it should not take 6 x times to make such a simple transaction and being rude to a customer from appauling customer service, let alone block a customer rating on Facebook. Absolutley shocked! BEWARE OF RUDE...
Read moreMaybe it was because it was a public holiday but we got a selection of things and each one tasted stale. We got a couple of the premade focaccia sandwiches ($10 each) and the salami one had two slices of salami and a smattering of other ingredients and was as thin as a $10 bill (exaggerated but not by much). The donuts (with the exception of the Nutella ones which were generously filled and delicious) were old and stale and the sugar coating was already tacky. Food definitely looked amazing which made this even more of a let down. Also, the system of lining up and being served must be an insider secret as ‘regulars’ seemed to get seen to before newbies who got there before them. The girls behind the counter did an admirable job given the amount of people there and were...
