Would have been a four star review. Food is 4 out of 5. Price is about 3.5 out of 5. Service by the lady with spectacles is a flat 1 out of 5.

Ordered a drink. I told them about half way of us eating that it had not arrived. They told me they were too busy. But I ordered two of the same drink so I thought it odd and the other one arrived fifteen mins earlier. So I waited another fifteen mins. We were about to finish and I asked the service lady with spectacles. She didn’t check my order she looked at my table and said sternly you ordered one and it’s been given.

How would she know? I told her I ordered the set meal which includes a drink. But she said no. Then I remembered the order and I did see the male serviceman write two. So I told them to check and the me serviceman came to check and it did say two. She didn’t apologise but went off. The male serviceman was apologetic but that’s pretty terrible form by the lady with spectacles.

She dismissed my request. Then when I checked she corrected me despite not even checking to see.

Sigh. Just checking the order would have sufficed. Most customers aren’t there to scam a drink off you. Please do better esp since you’ve taken over from the previous owner who never did this.

Edit: she must still be angry. She went to make the drink on advice from the male serviceman. This was the cold drink. Very little drink and almost all ice. Sigh. Not sure why...

I would like to start applauding the amazing food quality and drinks we had yesterday. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea set we had. But I am not sure whether we would return back due to bad customer service we all had encountered

I understand that there could be a lack of staff issue, however the bad attitude from the wait staff/cashier - (a lady with a pony tail (blonde+ black hair) + glasses) had definitely brought our experience down. Firstly, when we ordered food (twice), we both greeted her with a smile & hello. She ignored us and only greeted us with a “yes?”(no smile, looked very annoyed) bizarre as it wasn’t very busy during that time, but perhaps she was under the pressure? Lastly, when she served us the take away food (fried rice), she threw the food container on the table, did not make any eye contact and departed as soon as the food landed on the table. Our family and I were shocked and frustrated at this poor customer service and thought it’s a shame to experience this as the food quality here was amazing. We would love to return, but not if we need to endure this poor behavior and attitude from her. Perhaps it would be beneficial if the customer service from this wait staff can be...

This place serves malaysian hawker food. They have varieties that suit your tastebud. When you come to a place that offers many dishes on the menu, knowing what you want or choosing the right ones is very important otherwise you ll be left with food that you dont like and leaving the place with 3 or 2 stars rating in mind. This place serves good and decent food. Of course there s room for improvement when it comes to taste, hence the 4 stars. But overall, thr food is good. Serving is generous too. One of the dishes we ordered was their claypot chicken rice and we're very happy with their big serving. Food aside, Their service is also efficiently fast. The place is also clean, with both indoor and outdoor seats, perfect for groups, couples and family. If you are familiar with malaysian food, this place also sells 'kuih' (malaysian desserts, snacks/bites). Do try them. At night, especially weekends parking is quite a challenge as it's located in a place where there are other eating outlets and restaurants too. Come and check this place...
