I finish work at late time so every now and then, my bf and I would go here for a maccas drive thru. But every single time, like literally, every. single. time there would be something wrong with our orders. Sometimes itâs missing ingredients, sometimes wrong items, etc. we only found out once we got home and got too lazy to go back.
Today, around 4pm-ish, we decided to go buy the food in store, since we got a day off. I ordered a double mcchicken. So clearly there should be 2 chicken pattys inside. I also cant have sesame seed, thatâs why I ordered the steamed bun instead of regular bun.
When the food was done and given to me, I received it and about to go to my car. But for some reason, i stopped and checked my order. They gave me a normal mcchicken. I came back and explained to them that they didnât give me the right item. The staff at the register understood the situation, and asked the kitchen to fix it. But it took the kitchen staff 2 times to fix it. I feel like they didnât even read the docket. As if they see the word âmcchickenâ on the paper, theyâre just gonna make âmcchickenâ
I dont think people can just bring that old excuse âoh itâs maccas, itâs teenagers, what do you expectâ. If these things keep happening, it means the store needs a better management team with better skills of training people.
The food I received today wasnât really nice either. I didnât wanna give any star, to be honest. But the guy who was standing at the till was being really professional and kept his smile on the whole time towards anyone who talk to him. He was doing his job really well under pressure and he is the only reason i give a 3 star review. He deserves a raise with that professionalism as such young age.

   Read morePartner and I went in and ordered eat in and table service waited 30 mins. Partner went up to ask was told âwonât be too much longerâ. Waited til it was 45 minutes was told they called our order out (we never heard it and we definitely didnât hear it as we listened to every order they called out!) then he was told we didnât listen and was called out 3-4 times yet we ordered TABLE SERVICE!
Then was told both her and manager called out as I stated we never heard it as if we did we would have gotten up and grabbed our food.
Then was told the food was sitting there waiting for us. The worker said all of it in a very rude and condescending tone as my partner was being calm but firm as we had been waiting a long time and were fairly frustrated.
Only after explaining and expressing our frustration did they make and hand us our food.
Have had issues with service before has been hit and miss but today was definitely not good. It was late at night where the only customers are the odd drive through, Uber eats and the few that decided to dine in and by late at night I am meaning 9-10pm at night.
We had a long day all we wanted was some food before we went home and was greeting with rude and condescending workers i get they may hate their job as they get abused frequently and it is fast food.

   Read moreI went there is morning with my family. We ordered one big mac meal, and supposedly 2 sets of $3 coffee and toast or macaron. Four different serving persons could not get that down.
The first one, young girl , input as one macaron, one mocha and one set of big mac meal. The second one, a senior women seems to be leaving for the shift, refund the money for the mocha and key in a set of sandwich, one long blank, one mocha and a macaron. She accused me of throwing money so she refused to take my money and walk away, and the forth took my money and return the change, but did not serve the long black and sandwich. She said she would ask he 'manager' to attend to me after I enquired about missed order. The so-called manager, attended to me but was more interested to ask me to take a sit and my order would be served to my table. Of course that server was not the manager.
After 5 to 10 minutes the long black, sandwich and another mocha were served. I was told by the last server, a nice young lady, to the feedback my experience via the internet when I told her about my unhappiness.
This is an international fastfood chain. This happened to tourist! Goodness!!!
