I was so impressed by this little place I thought I would leave a glowing review! Myself and 5 friends had plans to dine somewhere else but unfortunately it was shut.. our last resort was club Bega and we were pleasantly surprised. They squeezed us in no problem and we waited happily with drinks for our meals to shortly arrive. I had a yellow Thai pumpkin curry with chicken and the flavours were absolutely fantastic! the curry was jammed packed with fresh crunchy veg and was a generous portion. Had a a nice quiet lunch at Club Bega. My friend and I(She is from Eden and I am from Canberra with a house in Narooma), had the fish and chips with salad and calamari. Excellent. Tbe fish was fresh from t h e sea and we could taste it. The calamari was homemade i am sure, soft and tasty. Then we had 2 desserts, but shared them. Terrible idea! Why? BECAUSE BOTH THE CHEESE CAKE AND THE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WERE DELICIOUS! We ate every bit. Even the coffee was really good, hot, not bitter, not too milky and not sweet,freshly made.
