Overall: food is rarely fresh (has been sitting in the warmer too long) chips are soggy staff slow but usually friendly sometimes busy often get the orders wrong has food poisoning from chicken before
Today: My partner and I walked in and it took several minutes to be served. Admittedly it took us a minute or two to decide (as it does for most people) but we were not even greeted and several workers walked past us when we were standing ready to order and no one said anything. Once served, the 8 team members stood around and joked with minimal work being done. We were the only people in the store and our meal was not prepared even though everything was cooked and stored in the warmers. After 7 minutes or so, 2 other groups of people walked in. The delivery driver (one of the groups of people) had to call a staff member over as he needed to collect the order to deliver it, and the other couple were still waiting to order by the time we left (a further 10 or so minutes later). Even the store manger was mucking about. Staff had their hair down, some didn't have hats, some were not in company clothing and the manager's pants were so loose we could see his underwear, especially every time he bent over. After 15 minutes of waiting one staff member (the drive thru lady) prepared our meal as partner ended up querying our meal. One worker proceeded to answer back to my partner that he had just finished his shift so couldn't make our meal (he took our order in the first place). My partner replied that if he made it when we were the only ones in the store, everything would have been fine and he could have left on time. The wrong chips were also made but corrected but by the time we got our food and the chicken tenders were cold. The drive thru lady was extremely apologetic but she only looked to be about 18 and was least at fault as she was the only person in there working. My partner rang the store when we were home to inform the manager of our poor service and he proceeded to attempt to argue my partner's points. The manger also admitted he heard my partner speak up but did not feel the need to come and investigate.
Every experience we have had at this store previously has been tolerable but this was so exceptionally bad it has turned me off of this store. Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. It was so...

Waited over 25 minutes for a simple Zinger Box order. Staff were visibly disorganisedâscreaming at each other, running around, but barely completing any orders. I saw only one order go out in 10 minutes, despite multiple staff on shift.
The worst part? A woman who appeared to be the manager came out and told them (loudly, in front of multiple delivery drivers):
âDonât worry about delivery orders, just do store orders.â Seriously?
As delivery drivers, we make about $6 per orderâwaiting 20+ minutes is unacceptable. When I asked, they just kept repeating âIâm doing it nowâ over and over with no progress.
