I have tried emailing to rectify this and get a refund but no response as of yet, bit annoyed to order a family size pasta dish and find 3 strands of hair through out it after we had already started eating it. One I thought ok but then to look further and find more was disappointing and disgusting. There were quite alot of orders at the time I was in there, so I'd be interested to know if others were contaminated aswel, I was there on 26/12/2021 sometime after 8.30pm and ordered a family size Masala with 3 cheese ravioli. I will not be returning here and to be honest iv written alot of reviews and this is the first time iv ever experience one hair strand let alone 3! Hi Everyone, my name is Anthony and I have just received a large orderI placed of the cream prawns , muscles, side of ravioli and garlic bread all this as well as a family carbonara. It was shocking no taste to the carbonara with hardly any bacon and dry no one ate it the muscles where not in the shells the ravioli was just a lump of pasta . The garlic bread wasn't bad. So if you want to spend $95 dollars for a garlic bread which was the only thing half decent , go for it guys I wouldn't again. Terrible customer service and got our order completely wrong then overcharged us but did not offer a refund. We ordered chicken parmigiana and fries and were told after paying that they did not have fries (even though they did), so we were given cold penne pasta to go with it that we had to pay an extra $10 for. We received a random sampler box with our order which we did not order and were charged $50 when we should have been charged $35.
