Usually a good store, the Beldon store dropped the ball badly this order. I did an online order and then drove to the store after getting confirmation. It was about 10 minutes later that I arrived at the drive through. The online order would not let me select drive-thru pickup and when I reached the window my order was still not in their system. The manager had to put it through manually with the order still sitting on my phone. On getting home, which is less than 5 mins away, we found the chips to be very under cooked, the chicken was not cut into 8 as requested and the potato and gravy was so lumpy that it would not mix through with the gravy. I honestly understand current market conditions are tough, but if no other Red Rooster outlet has reached this point of no stock, it indicates this outlet in particular is being very poorly managed.
On top of this I have previously noticed very poor hygiene practices, in particularly a lack of gloves and hair nets.
Red Rooster as a whole seems to have some really good stores, and some really bad stores. I stick with the brand, but I think they need to monitor stores such as this one to maintain respect...
