Bacetto Pizza — Restaurant in Bentley

Spent an afternoon researching pizza places in Perth particularly in locations near Belmont, Cloverdale and on the way down to Cockburn.

All the Perth "Best Pizza" places didn't mention this - but I think maybe they should? At least as an option in this location. I notice all those articles focus on inner-city and north Perth locations where there must be a pretty strong Neopolitan pizza culture.

Bacetto has great reviews and it paid off - the pizza was fairly excellent. The crust had a decent chew and good flavour, but wasn't quite as puffed on the edge as some - but the toppings were appropriate (not too much, not too sparse) and the slices were close to perfection in terms of stability, fold-ability and delivery of the flavour.

It's not a great dine-in experience, it's definnitely a takeaway-first sort of affair. They have tables and chairs and will provide you with water, so they can cater for it, but the atmosphere is that of a pizza kitchen. This is not a bad thing, but don't be mistaken - it's not a dining room inasmuch as a waiting area that you could eat at.

Fantastic pizza; best I've ever had. Also excellent customer service: I would recommend calling them directly; Do not order through Menulog. I was screwed over by Menulog failing to provide them with a driver or my contact number, when I contacted Bacetto they arranged to send the pizzas with their own driver despite having not received payment from Menulog yet due to the lack of driver. I have since managed to contact Menulog and arrange a refund for my and reimbursement for the restaurant for the inconvenience and their own driver; I hope this is provide to Bacetto ASAP so they can continue...

If i could give it 6 stars i would. First off the coffee is spot on, nothing better than having a fresh hot coffee first thing in the morning and maybe a cheeky ham and cheese croissant (also delicious). If you come back at night you can see some super fresh toppings get thrown on a beautiful pizza, personally you can't go wrong with the Margherita with some creamy bufala mozzarella or try the Italian with some incredible cold meats. So happy to have such a great establishment just ...
