A memorable experience for all the wrong reasons. It took me 45min to get my order and that was only because I had to approach the staff and verbally negotiate what my order was. The ordering system appeared to be failing and staff were resorting to asking customers what their orders were and then making them. This didn't work well when people who had only been there for 15min started demanding their meals before others who had been waiting patiently. The staff did well under the circumstances and I am actually impressed that they managed to subdue what could have become an all out riot. Unfortunately the more demanding and louder you were, the faster you got your meal. The man in front of me was waiting for an hour, finally he got his refund and left. When we finally got the meal the order was wrong and my children didn't even get their toys which may not be a big ordeal, but try explaining that to a hangry 3 year old waiting in the car. I came here on 16/10/2022 at 8:00 AM and order coffees and breaky worth $35 I ordered 3 coffee ice long black, long black and latte. My mates all saw the confirmation, it was latte not cappuccino.

Not sure why it printed on their system as cappuccino . We were regular customers and since they open on the first day the manager was really nice to us.

Until i came in today, this girl refuses to make us new coffee. She keep on insisting that the coffee meant to be cappuccino instead of a latte. Instead of helping and making new ones she kept on debating to proof who is right and wrong!

Im 100% sure the person who served me was the barista who is lazy just because she doesn’t want to make new coffee for me.

If i go to other hungry jacks / fast food restaurant their is no way they would argue with me just because of a coffee and they would make the coffee right away.

This is the first time i came to hungry jacks and had the worst service ever....

Placed our order via the self serve menu and noticed people who placed their orders after us getting their food before us. When we approached the counter to ask why the delay, no one seemed to care, they just said it will be coming ‘soon’. Almost an hour later and we collect the order and notice there were several items missing from our order and when I queried the missing items (chips, a coffee and an ice cream), I was told they can’t do coffee, no explanation for the chips or ice cream. I asked about the other items and I got a blank stare, no one took ownership and I noticed several other people having to approach the counter for missing items too. What annoys me, they were aware they couldn’t do coffee when preparing our order but they said nothing when we collected it from the counter, too lazy to initiate a refund or offer an alternative. They just said nothing, it’s as if they wanted to wait and see...
