My family and I had the unfortunate experience of dinner at your venue on the 10th of July 2025. Although the wait and bar staff were amazing the chef and meal left a lot to be desired. To say the meal was disappointing would be the understatement of the century, out of the 5 meals we ordered the only redeeming feature was the chicken nuggets in the kids meal! My sons pizza was ready about 5 minutes after my daughters nuggets came out and I could see it sitting under the heat lamps where it remained for a further 20 minutes before we were buzzed to collect it. In the meantime a plate of what looked like fish cakes also appeared under the heat lamps and proceeded to sit there for an age before we were buzzed, the "fish cakes" were actually the crumbed lamb cutlets that were rock hard from being under the lamp and had more "crumb" then lamb and my eldest son remarked that they tasted like fish. Even the roast of the day was horrendous and you have automatic ovens that you put a prob in the meat to ensure it is correctly cooked and it was driest piece of pork I've eaten in my life! The pièce de résistance although was the Atlantic salmon that was so cold it may as well just come off the ice at the fish shop (or pulled out of the freezer) and had the most potent dirty fish smell that party at the other end of the table could smell it from their seats. There was absolutely no communication from the "chefs" (and i use that term loosely) with the poor wait staff and the lack of organisation is shown by the number of random dishes that sat waiting under heat lamps by the chef for up to 45 minutes before he alerted any of the wait staff they were ready and in an order thar made it look like the poor wait staff had to solve a puzzle to get the correct dishes together for each table. I understand large wait times during busy times, but when you are the second table to order for the night and no other tables for a good 15 minutes after ordering, and you recieve your food cold and rock hard it is extremely unacceptable. This man obviously needs to redo his apprenticeship from to get the basic food handling procedures in place as he has no clue what so ever and is highly likely to kill someone with his inedible food that he let's sit under heat lamps for much longer then he should. His lack of accountability was evident when my partner went up to complain and the chef started yelling at the wait staff instead of offering an apology or explanation after my partner explained to her it wasn't her fault but was giving her a heads up how horrid the meal and the chef needed to be held accountable before someone got sick.

Maybe the chef may need to look into finding another career as food nor hospitality is his strong point in...

Ordered a takeaway meal from here tonight (the $15 snitty special comes with wine, soft drink or beer) i ordered this meal takeaway but when i went to collect my drink i was told there is no drinks to takeaway. I proceeded to ask for a refund for the drink or if there was anything they could give me. (They had takeaway frozen drinks and juices) which i then got told they would ask the manager. Jim (the manager on duty) came over to me very rudely and unprofessional and bassically told me no i had to have a drink there (mind you i had my takeaway meal in my hands already going cold) to which i replied i ordered takeaway for a reason if i wanted to stay in there i wouldn't have done so. He said i wasn't able to get a refund for the drink im not getting/having either. And again was told to take it up with management. If they are going to do this cheap snitty and drink deal takeaway they need to have some sort takeaway beverage to go with it or take of a few dollars and make it just the snitty. Jim was very rude even his body language when he walked...

I went to the club on the 9th of July 2022. Went there with a group of people to eat. First thing no menu to pick your meal. Have to stand and read blackboard. We ordered our meals! I ordered roast of the day. The meat was cut very thick and was really dry. They can’t even give a sharp knife to cut with.

Other meal we ordered barramundi fish with chips and salad. it come out as salmon and vegetables, so they got the order wrong. went up to change it and still they got it wrong they took the veggies away and put chips and left the salmon there.

The ladies working there are young and no people skills or knowledge of serving.

They need to change the staff working at the restaurant or go have a big meeting. I will never return back there and will be telling my friends not to go there.
