This MacDonald's is shit!!!! When ordering in the morning I was asked to park, which is okay, but it took so long I was able to go to Woolworth's, do my shopping and go back to park again. Then when the girl went to give me my order she missed a lot of things and was confused on who's order was which, like where's the management!!!!! She nearly gave us the wrong order for a different car. The customer service was horrible, after missing most stuff in our order, she then forgot our straws and had the AUDACITY to tell us to go back inside to get them ourselves!!!!!!! So rude and so aggressive. Then we realised she also forgot our Vanilla coke so we had to go back inside for the second time!! Only for them to give us a basic coke, not Vanilla coke.
Then after all that, the food was TERRIBLY COLD!!?? Disgusting.
This customer service and management was absolutely horrible!! I will not be ordering from here again...

After doing drive through at another McDs in Nowra South (20 mins south) and ordering 4 meals for the family for our drive back North. My order was a Big Mac, no pickles, extra onions. However after getting the kids meals & drinks sorted in the car and then opening my special make it had "No Bun". We did see this on the screen at the pay window and the lady fixed it on screen but hence it didn't get back to "the maker" and I confirm that a Big Mac no bun doesn't look very BIG or very appealing. Bomaderry fixed this issue for me, even though they will probably never get reimbursed by Nowra Sth. But... guess where I will be stopping next time we drive through town? Read moreI live locally and I regularly stop in for a coffee and sometimes breakfast on my way to work 3 days a week. For the last 5-6 weeks every time I've stopped for a coffee or meal I've been asked to wait in the car park and it's usually for at least 10mins. This is 6mins longer than any or he Macas I've been to. Today after 20mins I had to go in and ask for my meal or my money back. After another 5mins I got my meal minus the coffee I ordered. Another 5mins I got my coffee and 2km down the road discovered it had so much sugar in it I had to throw it away. There obviously something wrong with the way this Macas is managed, if my business had messed an order up this badly, as the manager I would have at least apologised and offered the customer their money back in hope they would come back and give us another chance....
