My wife called the store to order 6 pizzas for pick up Saturday night just past. After being told that they will be ready for pick up in 15-20 minutes. Arrived at the store 20 minutes later to pick up my order. Seeing my name was not on the display tv to say what stage my order is at I then ask the guy behind the order desk and he says that my name isnt on the list and the only 6 pizzas that have been order is by a different name. He then said just wait as it may not haven been put through yet to be cooked. I took a step back and went fair enough you are pretty busy... 10 minutes later i go up and ask and said look this was ordered (at this time point to the call history on my mobile that states time and date) I ask was there a pizza on the other ordered that was vegetrian and a pizza with no cheese? He then said no. So i ask to see the order sure enough it has the pizzas that we ordered including the vegetrian and a pizza with no cheese (a friend cannot eat diary). Getting a little fustrated i asked him why did you answer that question not knowing the correct answer and how did you get the names wrong when we called for pick up? No answer... He then gave me the pizzas and then I had to ask him again... We got the deal with the 2 free cokes and garlic bread which then he grabbed and handed over (Dominos what is your procedure in training staff in customer service? Cause this lad had no idea - now dont blame the guy who served me - is the owner/manager doing their job to insure that all their staff are up to level to deal with customers?) I thought i would just leave as i had guests and kids waiting for their meal. Get home and there is a pizza missing and we had been given an incorrect one. I call the store up again (had to call mutiple times due to lines being busy... Fair enough everyone is calling you guys) got through to the guy again explained to him what has happen and asked him can he please arrange to deliver the pizza as he incorrectly forgot to add it to our original order sand after the wait and confusion at your store when i drove there... Then tells me no the manager says you have to come back and pick it up (the tone from him was like it was my fault that i stuffed the order up) i then stated no you stuffed the order up you should fix it?! Still he said no. Then hesaid i have to bring the incorrect pizza back in exchange (fair enough) and for your trouble will give you a gralic bread for free... Speechless i thought i'll just go there, drop off there pizza and then had to wait another 15 minutes to be given the replacement with no garlic bread... I then had to ask again what about the garlic bread for your stuff up? Handing it to me like i was the one at fault for the stuff up... Buddy when you answer the phone to take someones order make sure to listen to what your customer is ordering and who its from. Then to make sure you have ticked all the boxes go over the order with the person on the phone just to maker sure it is correct, then confirm the name picking the pizzas up. If you follow these steps I am sure you wont have any upset customers like myself saving time and money for all parties involved. If customer service is not your thing then i suggested find a different line of work which doesnt include dealing with the public. So after that experience and living in Bracken Ridge for 3 years i asked myself the question why havent we been here before? Well after that experience i can see why we never went to Dominos in...

I asked if there were fresh herbs.. the reply was āfresh fruit?ā⦠if I want as sharp as the edge of the base, Iād have thought Iād called the fruit and veg shop⦠š¤ no matter, clearly basil and oregano are foreign to dominoās ⦠Iāve given 1 star because the young person who took my order was sweet. However, I didnāt want dessert (but she was very sweet⦠might need to learn what ingredients are common for pizza⦠or get her ears tested). What I got was a large (if youāre a mouse) gluten Margherita but with vegan cheese⦠and not the yummy vegan cheese one can buy at the deli⦠if one wants plastic cheese⦠it was dominoās vegan cheese⦠a vegan might turn veggo for one pizza due this ⦠whatever it was⦠the box looked more appetising - though on this occasion, a bit of oil wouldāve helped⦠olive of course⦠vegan and all. Luckily I had my handy bag of mozzarella in the fridge and extra virgin to spruce it up, some basil growing and salt and pepper⦠and we were hungryā¦. and perhaps I should give 2 stars because the tomatoes were sweet (when we found them) āļøand the base was actually really good: but 1 star it is. The girl who took the call can share it with the gluten base maker. As for the rest, well⦠I think even a robberās dog would turn itās snout up to this horrid ⦠whateverā¦. is it a Braken Ridge thingā¦? I did a woolies online shop there a while back and the packer left half the order off⦠and was half an hour late⦠but thatās another review. I suppose at least dominoās was open⦠they canāt afford not to be⦠but if the wood fired pizza place in Brighton was open tonight (Monday), I wouldnāt be writing this re-poo⦠view š and maybe a half a star for the new name for Russ⦠the only āRuffā thing was the vegan ācheeseā and the outskirts of the base⦠it was drier than a rattlesnakeās tongue in the Nevada desert. Ā Ā Ā Read moreNormally this is my go to branch since itās close to home and they normally deliver within half an hour, however they have completely screwed up this time. I placed my order at 6:54pm, I had 50 minutes of waiting and looking at an āitās in the ovenā then a āitās in store readyā screen then maybe a minute or two of it saying it was on its way to it being delivered. Problem with this is it was not delivered to the address I put down, we had the front door open ready to meet the person and not once did we see or hear anyone go past. I called the store (because what do you mean it was delivered) and it rang out the first time, so I called again and the lady on the phone was very nice and understanding but then I was asked if I wanted the order re-made. Yes, I actually wanted it what I ordered the estimated arrival time of 7:30pm but hey, food places get busy, I donāt want to be unnecessarily rude to staff members. But this is a whole different level of either miscommunication or just being lazy. So now Iām mad. Iām hungry and so is the rest of the house and itās now been almost 2 hours since the order was...
