King Kong Coffee - Eagle Farm — Restaurant in Brisbane City

This morning I ordered a wrap by drive through at 06:15 and the costumer service was terrible. The lady wasn’t polite since the beginning she didn’t say a single word then.

I realised they charged me for 2 wraps instead 1 and a mistake like that is acceptable, before drive way I told her it was wrong order and straight way not saying a single word she got $5 note and few coins and almost trough it on my hands. I was having a good day and I wasn’t rude at any point but I felt disrespected, not for the mistake but costumer service and big dirty look.

The place is only 2 minutes from my work I went there first time on Monday and I’ve been going there the whole week the food is good but I’m not going back...

I was surprised when I pulled into the drive through. Wasn't expecting much just needed a coffee fix with my sleeping child in the back sit, so couldn't go to a Cafe. Got the donut and coffee special for $6.50 and drove through, not very appealing to look at when your in the drive through but all good. I wasn't expecting whilst the coffee was being made, a fresh donut batter was squeezed into the fryer. By the time my coffee was made, two fresh donuts was ready. Ordered a cappucino with sugars before work and had to wait 10mins because only one little blonde girl was making coffees. After leaving and walking half way to my workplace, I had a sip and was met with a bitter sugarless coffee. Had to throw it in a bin, didn't get my caffeine fix, ruined my morning. They also park a bunch of their vehicles on the footpath out front, forcing disabled pedestrians to walk up and around the driveway.
