An absolute wonderful experience here last night. The staff were both attentive and knowledgeable about where the fresh food was sourced to create the stunning dishes.

As a pescatarian I usually find it difficult to find good options that are found in more upscale restaurants but Ach Wine Bar had many options that were delicious! The food was fresh and made in house according to the waitstaff which seemed to be the case — especially the bread (highly recommend the laffa bread!). The dishes’ flavours were elevated by the open fire used to cook most components that paired well with the amazing sauces/condiments that are made in house as well (the hummus with za’atar was my favourite!).

The food was complimented by some intricate cocktails that were designed by the head barman. They were able to mask the taste of the alcohol and allow the flavours of the cocktail to shine through.

This is finished off with some well-balanced dessert options that are the perfect portion after stuffing all the share plates down. It must also be noted they are able to cater to allergies and were able to remove the nut component for my partner. The lemon curd sorbet did outshine the other dessert in my opinion.

Overall, I will be coming back to Ach Wine Bar — not only for the food and drinks but the intimate atmosphere that was evident once you stepped inside with the passionate team and understated decor. I see a bright future for this new Brisbane restaurant and can’t wait to bring my friends and...

Ach Wine Bar in Hamilton is undoubtedly one of my top 3 restaurants in Brisbane, and I feel so incredibly lucky to have such a gem in our city. The vibes are high with a warm, and inviting atmosphere, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure every experience is memorable; everyone is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home.

The food at Ach Wine Bar is nothing short of amazing. The flavours are incredible, with a beautiful Middle Eastern-inspired menu that combines traditional ingredients with modern flair. One standout for me is their house-made challah bread, which is absolutely divine!!! It’s truly my love language — soft, perfectly baked, and a comforting experience with every bite. I could seriously eat 10 of these 😊

Other highlights include the baked oysters with chicken skin butter, the regular oysters with tomato shoyu and apple zaatar, charred eggplant, cured Kingfish, Market fish and mushroom Dolma. Honestly, you cannot go wrong with anything you order! I can’t recommend Ach Wine Bar enough. It’s a place where incredible food, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere come together in perfect harmony.

If you haven’t yet, do yourself a favour and pay them a visit — you’ll not only support this fantastic restaurant but also experience something truly special. I'm beyond grateful to have them...

What a spectacular dining experience from start to finish! The tasting menu showcases everything we adore about great cooking - bold, vibrant Middle Eastern flavours executed with incredible skill and thoughtfulness. Every dish was scrupulously executed and you can really feel the love for what they are doing. The kitchen clearly has deep respect for the cuisine and the technique to elevate it beautifully. We aren’t always the easiest to cater for as we collectively have a few allergies etc but that was shrugged off like it didn’t matter at all - the warm, homemade gluten free bread was such a beautiful touch and very much appreciated. Their Middle Eastern wine program is incredible. These pairings were such a rare opportunity to try wines we’d never experienced before. Each selection enhanced the dish perfectly, and their expertise really shone through. The service was everything you could hope for - warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they’re serving. Noam & Mat’s enthusiasm is infectious and made the entire evening feel special. This restaurant deserves all the praise. The intimate setting, the exceptional food, the thoughtful wine pairings, the zealous banter - everything comes together to create something truly wonderful. Thank you so much, we can’t wait...

Was so excited to try Ach! We live down the road and every time we planned to go something came up. Finally went for dinner before heading to the movies and it was better than expected! The layout of the restaurant and vibe was gorgeous, customer service from the moment we entered was attentive and I loved that they had extensive knowledge on the menu. The selection and recommendation of their Turkish and middle eastern wine was fantastic. The food! Just amazing. The food was full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The sauces, spices! and home cooked breads. Loved all of it, wish we had time for the set menu but next time! This time around we had the bone marrow, duck dumplings, smoked artichoke with crispy chicken skin and truffle, Wagyu tartare with beef fat aioli! (This was just incredible) and cabbage with eggplant glaze. Also, have to mention that the portions are great - as consumers we appreciate this as most places where food and service are a 10, the portion and price fail them. Ach was 10 all around, can’t wait to be back! ✨

After some half dozen visits, Ach Wine Bar easily ranks among my top 10 restaurants in Brisbane. The immense talent & dedication of its four owners who work both in the kitchen & front of house is reflected in the top notch food, wine list and service. My favourites from the current menu are the baked oyster with chicken skin butter, malawach pastry bread, chicken liver parfait, grilled sausage, chuck tail steak, tahdig side if you enjoy a sweet/savoury crispy rice and mango dessert. The wine list is always interesting with curated choices from the Middle East and Australia, and it’s been a privilege trying drops that you don’t see anywhere else in Brisbane. Nestled in the midst of a commercial estate, Ach’s location may seem a bit odd at first for a restaurant but this also enables the very reasonable pricing (the bill will pleasantly surprise!), and the well-executed food & affable service will keep you coming back. Thank you Ach Team for always delivering a superb dining experience!
