Experience at Benz on Milller: I was eager to give Benz a try, intrigued by its potential. The standout feature was undoubtedly the staff – super helpful and attentive to their customers. However, a notable issue emerged with the staffing levels. Despite the admirable service, it was apparent that there just wasn't enough staff present. My partner and I visited at 6:45 pm ordered by 6:50 pm and had our food by 7:35 pm on a Saturday, slightly outside peak hours. We opted for the convenience of ordering through the QR code but found ourselves chilling out in the car (literally, humidity is cooked) in the car until the meal was ready. I had a food ETA of 7:17 pm The wait extended about 20 App minutes beyond the ETA on the app, although it's acknowledged that an ETA is an estimate.

While this staffing concern was the Achilles' heel of the experience, the positives should not be overshadowed. The food was genuinely great, and the ambiance within the restaurant was brilliant. Timing and staff issues aside, it's clear that this place has immense potential.

Despite the challenges faced during this visit, I remain optimistic and am keen to return, hoping to witness improvements in staffing and overall efficiency next time around.

Found a review on Tiktok for this place and decided to come see what's all the hype.

Look I have a high expectations and the benchmark i measure needs to be the same as or above Burger Bro that was in Browns Plains.

The service was the best I've come across in these boutique burger places.

Atmosphere awesome love the decor but in the peak periods would be frustrating on how small the place is and you turn up and can't get a table.

I ordered the double Bacon burger as a double. Noice tight burger easy to handle put down and held when picking up. The size is deceptive it looks small but them patties be thicc. Only issue was the middle of the patties a little dry. A solid 7

I got the Mr J classic beef tasty AF but so messy to handle and eat, the patties was sliding in the bun. A solid 6

We also got the Sweet Baby Jeesus now that burger had a identify crisis like am I fried chicken am I Korean flavour or am I heat chicken. Wasn't my fave and i wouldnt eat again a solid 4.

Omg the fries they were some sneaky tasty goodness Can someone go to my local fish and chip shop and show them how these chips are supposed to be cooked. Solid 100

Went to Tingalpa store and ordered dinner for myself and my kids to dine in. Order was placed at 5:33pm. At 5:55pm after watching multiple people leave before me who arrived after me i asked what was going on?? I was presented a takeaway bag that had been sitting with Uber eats orders for some time, i told the staff member i ordered dine in. At this point she tried to turn it around on me like i wasnt alllowed to be critical of thier poor service.... so instead of having a meal out with my kids i took the now cold food home. So the food was all cold and $45 down the drain. This isnt the first time this business has let me down. The owner has told me previously "next time you come in ill give you a free fries" the fries he mentions were left out of my order so not exactly free. Anyway im now out of pocket for this whole order and the fries from a previous order. Dont get me wrong the food here is good when they get it right which is about half the time..... also all the chairs outside were wet and my kids sat in wet chairs. Just rubbish service, cold food and down by 50..... and a free bad mood and no apology from a rude girl behind the counter who should dress more appropriately than bike pants when...
