Just a disaster. Went there on a Tuesday night and it was decently busy. Ordered and could see it getting busier. Went to the bar and the elegant nails girl at the bar got my drinks order wrong - asked for two Coke Zeros and a Coke ended up with two Cokes and a Coke Zero. Not the end of the world I thought but I actually should have left then. Entree came after fifteen or so and were pretty good; good enough to excuse the tardy arrival. Then a forty five minute wait whilst we could see other tables around us being given the wrong dishes and dishes going to and back to the kitchen at a frantic pace. After forty five the elegant nails girl who can't get a soft drink order right cleared our entree dishes. We politely asked her how long our mains would be and she said she'd find out. She returned five minutes later - to the next table with their mains. It became obvious she was trying not to be seen by us which increased the annoyance - and awkward - factor tenfold. My partner then had to get up and go to the kitchen to find out what was going on. No explanation proffered, just some brusquely rude comment about it being on it's way. Ten minutes later and some horribly overcooked mains arrived whilst thwe the staff pointedly cleared all the tables around us. We wouldn't be in there keeping you late if you didn't keep us waiting an hour kids! Awful food only surpassed by the dreadful service. I would only recommend this place to people I actively don't like. Give it a wide berth unless you like to be kept waiting, have your order forgotten, your drinks made incorrectly and being treated like something you'd find on your shoe. Almost...

I had the rib and steak combo. Two 1cm slices of corn over cooked. Coleslaw was adequate but too sweet for my taste. Steak was slightly overcooked for medium rare and plenty of gristle. Ribs, forget them. They mass dry cook them without sauce and then when needed pull out and lightly glaze them with your preferred sauce. Very very very ordinary. The waffle chips were standard quality no issues.

My wife had the chicken parmigiana but without the cheese, ham and sauce. It had been double cooked (the crumbs covering it were rock hard) indicating a previously prepared dish that is just reheated for the plate, this is a common theme with the food presented.

Our salt and pepper calamari was salted but only one piece tasted of any pepper, but otherwise just your standard out of the pack style from Woolies or Coles.

I had been eating here regularly when it first renovated many years ago and it was good. We moved away for a long time and have just returned. I have only been here twice since and the first time thought it might just be an off night. Last night confirmed my suspicions.

First time coming to this place and thought it was very under average. Ordered the parmi and I asked what cheeses were on it as it stated 3 cheeses. They didn't even know at the start and when they did they said it was just parmasin and mozzerella... only 2. So I'm like cool no parmesan please. And will have onion rings as a starter.
